Our Story

At Quality Care Home Health & Hospice, we’re not just another home health agency—and we were never meant to be.

Our story began when a team of New Hampshire’s most experienced and respected home health professionals in the state came together with a shared purpose: to build something better. We saw the cracks in the system—agencies stretched too thin, care compromised by corporate metrics, and patients treated like files instead of people.

So, we started from scratch.

Together, we’ve spent over 17 decades delivering care across the state. We’ve built some of the most successful and highest-performing home health agencies in New Hampshire.

But we knew we could go further. With deep roots in our local communities and a fierce dedication to our neighbors, we set out to create a new kind of agency—one centered on people, not production.


This agency is Quality Care Home Health & Hospice.

n late 2024, we launched QCHH with a bold mission and the right tools: best-in-class systems for compliance, logistics, and care delivery, paired with an unshakable belief in compassion and dignity.

We became one of only two home health agencies in the entire state to earn CHAP Accreditation—a rigorous national seal that proves our commitment to quality, accountability, and patient-first care.

We serve the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, including Belknap, Carroll, and Grafton counties, and we go where others don’t—from island homes on Lake Winnipesaukee to the most rural towns in the region. Because when someone needs care, we believe they deserve the best—no matter their ZIP code or their situation.
