It Started with a Problem We Couldn’t Ignore
In New Hampshire, especially in the Lakes Region, Belknap County, Carroll County, and Grafton County, we saw clearly the growing gap between what patients and families truly needed and what traditional agencies were delivering. Care became transactional rather than personal, patients became numbers, and quality suffered because too many agencies focused solely on profitability and productivity quotas.
We couldn’t stand by and watch. Something had to change.
